- TICKETING POLICY -

Tickets are available online via Triniq or in hardcopy form from one of our official promoters

  • Online tickets can be purchased exclusively through Triniq, our ticketing partner. Triniq may have additional terms and conditions, please see the Triniq Terms & Conditions for more information.

  • All tickets are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

  • A booking fee is applied to every online ticket purchased.

  • Your ticket name must match the name on your official government identification document. If you have misspelt your name, please see Triniq Support for more information.

  • Ticket Resales

  • Ticket holders are entitled to sell their ticket within the given name change dates. 

  • Tickets can be resold ONLY through Triniq market plqce, our official ticketing partner.

     ​Ticket resale for Wild Horses Festival 2023 will be available only through Triniq              marketplace. There will be no ticket resales through Tixel or any other platform.

  • To resell a ticket that you no longer need, head to triniq.com/profile and select the transfer/resale option. Once you follow the prompts on that page it will activate a resale link. You can either give the link to anyone looking to buy or wait for someone to find your ticket on the resale marketplace. If you are looking to find a ticket available for resale then head to https://triniq.com/resale and log in (or create an account) to see the resale tickets available for purchase.

  • Wild Horses Events Pty Ltd and any associated Festival Organisers are not responsible or liable for any losses (tickets, monetary or otherwise). In the case of a lost ticket, the ticket purchaser must contact Triniq directly. 

  • Wild Horses Events Pty Ltd and any associated Festival Organisers or official promoters are not responsible or liable for any lost hard copy tickets, or for hard copy tickets left at home. You must have a valid ticket for entry. 

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Triniq whether or not your order was successful. Only you may be aware of any problems that occur during the purchasing process.

  • Under no circumstance are tickets to be duplicated. 

  • Underage Tickets:

  • Children aged under 5 years old - Free Entry 

  • Children aged 6-10 years - $50

  • Children aged 11-13 years - $100

  • Children 14-17 years full price festival ticket.

  • All children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times

 

Birthday Tickets

  • Due to our limited capacity and high demand, limited Birthday tickets will be available for $165 + booking fee only if your birthday is between 8th-10th of December. If your birthday is on one of these dates, please email a proof of i.d to info@wildhorsesfestival.com.au for approval and we will send you a unique code for purchasing your birthday ticket.

- GATE TIMES -

Wild Horses Festival 2023 will run across three consecutive days; 8th, 9th & 10th of December 2023.
 

Gate Opening & Closing Times

  • Friday 8.12 - 12PM - 2:30AM  - 

  • Saturday - 9.12 - 8AM -2:30AM

  • Sunday 10.12 - 8AM-4PM  

Early Access Passes

  • There will be no early access passes available for Wild Horses Festival 2023. All patrons and guests must arrive after Gate opening on Friday December 8th. Patrons and guests who arrive prior to this time WILL be turned away. 

 

- Conditions of Entry -

  • All patrons and guests must present a valid festival ticket to gain entry into the event.

  • You must be 21 years old or above in order to gain entry to Wild Horses Festival. 

  • All patrons and guests must present valid identification which matches their ticket name.

  • Your ticket entitles you to one official festival wristband and entry onto site. Our gate staff will issue an official wristband to you at the gate, after checking your ticket and identification.

  • Wristbands are to be worn on the patron or guest’s wrist at all times for the duration of the event. 

  • Anybody found without a wristband will be immediately escorted off site by security. 

  • Gate staff and security personnel are authorised to deny entry to any persons they deem unfit to enter the festival site. 

  • Entry will be denied to any persons who are intoxicated, found to be carrying dangerous and/or illegal items and/or exhibiting antisocial behaviour.

Sunday Passes

  • Sunday passes will only be released if ticket sales do not surpass our 2000 person capacity.

  • Sunday passes grant access to the event from when the gates open mid morning on Sunday December 10th.

  • Sunday passes are subject to all other relevant Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Entry.

Pass Outs

  • Strictly No Pass Outs will be given to any patron or guest of Wild Horses Festival 2023

  • Pass Outs will only be given to pre authorised staff members and stall holders. 

  • Pass Outs can only be given by an authorised manager of Wild Horses Festival.

 

Local Tickets

  • Please email us with a proof of address for local tickets. 

All ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry to the festival.
Both hard copy and digital tickets are strictly non refundable* however, you can resell them only through triniq market place.
 



*In the unlikely case that we cancel or postpone an event, refunds will be available for digital ticket holders. Hard copy tickets are strictly non-refundable.   
 

 - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - 

Wild Horses is a BYO event. Attendees will be allowed to bring a reasonable amount of Alcohol to the event (NO GLASS BOTTLES).

No Alcohol will be sold on site.  

 - ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - 

Any use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited!

Wild horses are working closely with Victoria police in order to keep everyone safe. 

Victoria Police will be present on site in order to ensure a safe event.

Medics and Dancewise will be on site for your needs.  

  

 - WEATHER - 

December is known for the hot climate, however can get cold at night time.

Please make sure to bring warm clothes and drink a lot of water

 - PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOUR - 

You are prohibited from bringing certain items to or acting in certain ways at the Festival.

Prohibited items include glass, excessive alcohol, Pet BBQs, fireworks, candles, gas stoves, quads or mini bikes, generators, sound systems, illicit drugs and illegal substances.

Prohibited behaviour includes lighting fires, Theft, entrY to the national Park, disrupting local communities, damaging the Festival Site and equipment, anti-social behaviour, aggressive or harassing conduct , Trespassing and impaired driving.

If we are required to confiscate a prohibited item, we do not guarantee the safe return of that

item. You agree we are not responsible for any loss or damage associated with us confiscating a prohibited item.

 - CAMPING - ​

Camping will be with your cars in the designated areas.

please make sure once you drive into the festival to turn on the hazard lights for extra visibility

be aware there are many beautiful people working around you. Please drive safely.

There will be no movement of cars during the event.

 - WATER - 

Drinking water will be available on site.

- FOOD & MARKETS - 

Food & Market stalls  will be available on site.
